How it works |
1. Initial Consultation

After you contact us for more information, we email you or call you to set up a mutually convenient time to discuss your requirements and how we can meet them. We also send you our specs guides and additional information that you need to provide, so that we can prepare a detailed and realistic estimate.

| 2. Design Project Consultation |
One hour design consultation during which we discuss your goals, special feature requests, and desired outcomes. If you decide to work with us, we email you a website service agreement to sign, you make an initial payment of 30% of the website project cost (your money is refundable in full - please see our money back guarantee policy for more information) and once payment clears, we start working on your new website.

| 3. Design Recommendation |
We email you 2-3 design suggestions. You review the designs and select the one you like best. |
| 4. Website Creation & Install at your website location |
Once the design has been approved by you and you have provided us with your logo and additional files/documents, we then create the website with all the free features included in it, and proceed to either send you everything on a CD or install your website directly on your hosted environment, replacing your old website pages with the new ones. If you do not have a hosted envrionment, we will recommend tried and tested website hosting providers that we trust, and will handle the file transfer and installation from your old host. |
| 5. Including your content in the new website and providing training |
After the website has been transfered to its new home, you use your free access to our training videos to quickly learn how you can easily edit your content and create limitless new pages and menus, as well as use effectively all your free features. You use our ticket support for questions and help requests. |
| 6. Website Review |
After all website changes have been finalized, you review the website and give us your final approval. |
| 7. Final approval and website launch |
After your final approval, the website is tested for performance, as well as look and feel consistency with IE, Firefox, and Safari. When the project is finalized, the website is officially launched and upon final payment we provide you with your complete website passwords. |
